Do you sell gift cards?
No, currently we do not sell gift cards.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online XoticStraniero.com purchase, you can return the unwanted items to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a free exchange. The 30 day mark will be calculated by the original purchase delivery date as stated on the tracking record of your shipment. Please read our for detailed information regarding what can and cannot be returned. Please remember that all sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
What are the payment options?
Payment options are, Visa, Mastercard,Discover Network, Paypal, and American Express. We do not accept, international credit cards, COD's, checks, money orders, gift certificates, CashApp, and gift cards (even those issued by any of the credit card companies above.)

Why does my order status says pending?
When your order status states "pending," your order is currently being reviewed and processed for shipment.
Where is my order shipping from?

Do you guys ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO?
We do offer shipping to P.o. boxes. However, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or any military addresses at this time.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it yet, why?
Please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please be prepared to provide them with your tracking number. After speaking with the shipping carrier, please give us a call to document the situation and to assist you in recovering the lost package.

My item was received damaged, what should I do?
Before sending in your package back, please call our office during regular business hours so that we can make notations on your account for faster processing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our website guarantees your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days from the date it was placed. Once shipped:
Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days / Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
